Love the looks as well as the extra secure feeling when when gripping. Of course it’s a major plus to be able to add an ergo AR15 grip. Thank you for the fast shipping.
The WokGuard15 MK2 is a great little trigger guard / frame stiffening device that fits the Condor perfectly.
It does require (at least I had to) modify the AR15 grip that I had installed previously. The grip as it was had an uncomfortable angle and so I cut it and fiberglassed the areas that needed it to support the grip to the WokGuard15 MK2 better. I also had to make a trip to the hardware store to get a shorter allen head bolt to fit the AR15 grip to the WokGuard15 MK2. (It was a fun little project!)
After installing the WokGuard15 MK2 and modifying the grip, out to the backyard range. I did notice that the gun felt more solid. The Condor has a very poor trigger guard and it is flimsy. It really does nothing to stiffen the frame like the WokGuard15 MK2. The WokGuard15 MK2 really looks great and it seems that it does affect the smoothness of the Condor. The gun cocks a little smoother and it sounds better. It could be that this affects the vibration characteristics of the Condor which could affect the accuracy for the better. I also recommend when you install the WokGuard15 MK2, you also install the TalonTunes trigger spring while you have the trigger area apart. It is simple to install and with the WokGuard15 MK2, the Condor not only looks a whole lot better but it also shoots easier and more accurately. I highly recommend the WokGuard15 MK2.
I just installed this on my Condor. Easy install and the frame DOES feel stiffer. Tip, since all of the external parts need to be removed. Now is the time to change out the trigger spring. T.T. Trigger spring, the biggest difference for $4.95. Thank you Tony. Chinaspringer
The Wokguard 15 MkII fills out the profile of my Talon,stiffens the frame and is perfectly machined. Makes different grips possible although some will fit better than others. Perfect time to install the lighter trigger spring also.
